FSNavigator (operational navigation) & ArrestorCables (simulating aerial refuelling. Also "Fraps" or "GameCam" activated for screenshots (photographing the target area).
Another nice thing to have is the refuelling module that comes with Lago's F-16 package. That way, you will have an actual (figher-escorted) aerial tanker to join and retrieve fuel from. But... that's a 'nice to have'.
